Pam joined Endeavour in 2004. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of SmartForest Ventures and before that was Stephen Babson's assistant when he served as Chair of Stoel Rives LLP. Pam received her B.A. in English and M.A. in Vocal Performance from Stanford University. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of Chamber Music Northwest, is a Music Commission member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and previously served on the board of directors of Northwest Professional Dance Project. Pam lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with her husband.

Randy joined Endeavour in 2001. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Oregon Equity Funds. Randy's experience also includes seven years in public accounting as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche specializing in manufacturing, technology, and not-for-profit industries, and three years as controller of a local manufacturing company. Randy received an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon. Randy resides in Portland, Oregon with his dog, Jake.

She currently sits on the Board of Growing Gardens, a Portland-based non-profit organization. Erin lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and daughter.
