Stephen Babson Managing Director	Stephen joined Endeavour in 2002. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the food and consumer, marine transportation and business services industries. Stephen serves on the boards of Little Red Services, National Frozen Foods, Northland Transportation, New Seasons Market, Bristol Farms, Vigor Industrial, Genesis Financial Solutions, and Metropolitan Market and was previously a director of WinCo Foods, Northwest Hotel Group, Columbus Foods and Tidewater Holdings. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Stephen also serves on the boards of Columbia Sportswear Company and ESCO Corporation and is a former board member of Roseburg Forest Products. more >>



Rocky Dixon Managing Director	Rocky co-founded Endeavour in 1991. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the retail, business services and manufacturing industries. Rocky serves on the board of the Bi-Mart Corporation and was previously a Director of Deschutes River Broadcasting, Lone Star Plywood and Door and Michaels of Oregon. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Rocky also serves on the boards El Aero Services, Adventure Funds, and Beef Northwest. He is also the Chairman of the Kinship Trust Company and sits on the board of OHSU. more >>



David Goldberg Vice President	David joined Endeavour in 2011. Prior to Endeavour, David was with DW Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Previously, he was part of Comerica Bank's Technology & Life Sciences division that provides debt capital for private equity and venture capital-backed companies. more >>



Aaron Richmond Managing Director	Aaron joined Endeavour in 1996. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the marine transportation, retail, food, distribution and business services industries. He currently serves on the boards of Little Red Services, National Frozen Foods, Northland Transportation Company, Nor-Cal Products, Vigor Industrial and ProKarma. Aaron previously served as a Director of Columbus Foods, Classic Sport, Tidewater Holdings and an observer on the board of WinCo Foods. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Aaron also serves as a Director of Torrent Technologies and Manson Construction, as well as the Rainier Scholars Board of Trustees. more >>



Bradaigh Wagner Principal	Bradaigh joined Endeavour in 2004. Since that time, she has worked with companies in the food, consumer, distribution and transportation industries. Bradaigh leads the Food industry focus for Endeavour. She currently sits on the boards of New Seasons Market and Arizona Nutritional Supplements and serves as an observer on the board of National Frozen Foods.
