Bradaigh joined Endeavour in 2004. Since that time, she has worked with companies in the food, consumer, distribution and transportation industries. Bradaigh leads the Food industry focus for Endeavour. She currently sits on the boards of New Seasons Market and Arizona Nutritional Supplements and serves as an observer on the board of National Frozen Foods. Bradaigh previously served as a Director of Columbus Foods.

Prior to Endeavour, Bradaigh worked at Fenway Partners, a private equity firm in New York, where she focused on investing in consumer products companies. Prior to Fenway, she was at The Beacon Group, an investment bank and private equity firm acquired by JPMorgan Chase.

Bradaigh received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Bradaigh lives in Seattle with her husband and son.
