Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Pacific Market International (“PMI”) designs, manufactures and markets highly innovative food and beverage container solutions under three brands and for private label. The company’s two most recognizable brands, Stanley and Aladdin, are both over 100 years old and sold globally. MiGo, PMI’s third brand, is rapidly growing in the Asia Pacific region. PMI also creates private label products for select global retailers. In addition to its headquarters in Seattle, PMI has offices in Bentonville, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Manila, and Rio de Janeiro. The company was founded in 1983 by Rob Harris who remains CEO today.

Endeavour developed a relationship with Harris over nearly ten years. In late 2015, Endeavour approached PMI with the idea to recapitalize the business and acquire Formation Brands (“Formation”). Formation is a South San Francisco based company which makes trend-forward, everyday beverage and specialty gift housewares for national and independent retailers. Formation’s two founders, Mark Towery and Leslie Miller, are continuing on with the combined company in key executive roles. With Endeavour’s support, PMI is continuing its focus on growth through the introduction of innovative and environmentally sustainable beverage and food storage solutions for consumers ‘on the go’.
