  • Lauren Adler Chief Financial Officer

    Lauren joined Endeavour in 2015.  Lauren supervises the firms accounting, tax reporting, and finance functions.  Previously, she was Controller at Seidler Equity Partners, a private equity firm in Los Angeles.  Additionally, she spent four years in the tax practice at Ernst & Young.  Lauren received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.  Lauren resides in Lake Oswego, Oregon with her husband and son.

  • Stephen Babson Managing Director

    Stephen joined Endeavour in 2002. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the food and consumer, specialty retail, niche manufacturing / industrials, transportation and logistics, and business services industries. Stephen serves on the boards of USNR, New Seasons Market, Pacific Market International, OFD Foods, and Pacific Star Communications.

    Before joining Endeavour, Stephen was the Chairman of Stoel Rives LLP, one of the largest law firms in the Pacific Northwest. At Stoel Rives, Stephen’s practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, and securities transactions. Stephen’s relationship with Endeavour, as counsel and as an investor, dates back to its formation in 1991.

    In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Stephen also serves on the board of Columbia Sportswear Company and Pendleton Woolen Mills, and is a former board member of Roseburg Forest Products. Stephen has a B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Stephen is based in the Seattle office and divides his time between Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. Stephen and his wife have two sons.

  • Rocky Dixon Managing Director

    Rocky co-founded Endeavour in 1991. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the specialty retail, business services and niche manufacturing industries. Rocky serves on the board of the Bi-Mart Corporation.

    Prior to co-founding Endeavour, Rocky spent six years as the West Coast Director for Earl Kinship Capital, a diversified equity investment company that specialized in real estate, technology startups, and oil and gas exploration. In 1983, he co-founded Support Technologies, Inc., a computer-test equipment company. Rocky also spent five years in marketing and sales management at Stanley Tools.

    In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Rocky also serves on the boards El Aero Services, Adventure Funds and Beef Northwest. He is also the Chairman of the Kinship Trust Company and sits on the board of OHSU. Rocky received a B.S. from the University of Oregon. He has two sons and currently lives with his wife in Asotin, Washington.

    Mark joined Endeavour in 1998. Since that time, he has worked with companies in a broad range of industries including healthcare, niche manufacturing, business services, and food and consumer. Mark currently serves on the boards of Alpha Media, Arizona Nutritional Supplements, Providien Medical, Equality Health, and Nordic Cold Chain Solutions.

    Prior to Endeavour, Mark was a Partner at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based investment banking firm. Prior to GMB, Mark worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) in Denver and Morgan Stanley in New York.

    Mark is a Life Trustee at Lewis & Clark College, a National Council Member of the American Enterprise Institute, and an Executive Board Member of Boy Scouts of America, Denver Area Council. Mark received a B.S. from Lewis and Clark College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He and his wife reside in Denver, Colorado and have three grown children.

    Derek joined Endeavour in 2011. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the niche manufacturing / industrials, food and consumer, and business services industries. He currently serves as a board member or observer of Arizona Nutritional Supplements, Pacific Star Communications, USNR, and The Willamette Valley Company.

    Prior to Endeavour, Derek was an Associate at Diamond Castle, a middle-market private equity firm in New York. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse, in the Financial Sponsors Group.

    Derek received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington. Derek currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife.

    Rachel joined Endeavour in 2013. Since that time, she has worked with companies in the food and consumer, specialty retail, transportation and logistics, and business services industries. She currently serves on the boards of Johnny Was, Port Logistics Group and DTC Logistics (“Wineshipping”) and as an observer on the boards of New Seasons Market and Nordic Cold Chain Solutions.

    Prior to Endeavour, Rachel was an investment professional at Newstone Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity and mezzanine firm. Prior to Newstone, Rachel was an Associate at Weston Presidio, a San Francisco-based middle-market private equity firm and an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

    Rachel received a B.S., with honors, from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar. Rachel currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband.

    Dietz joined Endeavour in 2004. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the business services, education and training, niche manufacturing and healthcare industries. He actively works with senior management teams and serves as a Director on the boards of EYE-Fi, Providien Medical, Tall Oak Learning, and Nordic Cold Chain Solutions.

    Previously, Dietz worked with the Denver-based investment banking firm, Green Manning & Bunch.

    Originally from Colorado, Dietz attended the United States Air Force Academy where he was an academic all-conference division I tennis player and graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Outside of Endeavour, Dietz serves on the Board of Strive Preparatory Schools and lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two children.

    Prior to Endeavour, David was with DW Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Previously, he was part of Comerica Bank’s Technology & Life Sciences division.

    David is originally from Aberdeen, WA. He received a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago. David lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife and three children.

  • Leland Jones Managing Director

    Leland joined Endeavour in 2000 in Portland and later opened the Firm’s Los Angeles office in 2006. Over the years Leland has worked with companies in transportation and logistics, business services, specialty retail, and the insurance and financial services industries. Leland currently serves on the boards of Berkeley Research Group, K2 Insurance Services, Triton/ Seaview Surety Holdings, LLC, Port Logistics Group, and Impact Fulfillment Services.

    Prior to Endeavour, Leland was a member of Coopers & Lybrand’s consulting practice in San Francisco where he worked on corporate turnaround assignments, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisition due diligence and integration projects. Prior to that, Leland worked in Coopers & Lybrand’s accounting practice.

    Leland received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from University of California, Davis. In addition to his roles at Endeavour, Leland is on the board of the South Pasadena Education Foundation and is a member of the Pasadena chapter of YPO. Leland grew up in the Bay Area and now lives with his wife and two sons in South Pasadena, California.

    Prior to Endeavour, Aaron was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, principally serving in their operations practice in Cleveland and Hong Kong where he focused on advising manufacturing and distribution clients.

    Aaron received his A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Aaron also serves as a Director of Manson Construction and is a volunteer firefighter with Chelan County Fire District #5.     Britney joined Endeavour in 2019. Previously, she was a manager in the M&A Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting LLP.

    Britney received a B.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from University of Hawaii at Mānoa and her M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Britney was born and raised on Kauai, Hawaii, and currently lives in Culver City, California.

    John co-founded Endeavour in 1991. He has worked with companies in the transportation and logistics, specialty retail, business services, niche manufacturing, and food and consumer industries. John currently sits on the boards of Berkeley Research Group, K2 Insurance Services, Impact Fulfillment Services, Triton/ Seaview Surety Holdings LLC, DTC Logistics, and Willamette Valley Company.

    Before co-founding Endeavour, John was one of five General Partners at GTCR, one of the oldest and largest private equity firms in the nation. John also worked as a manager in the public sector becoming Undersecretary of Health and Human Services in Massachusetts. He also spent two years in manufacturing with Caterpillar Tractor in Aurora, Illinois.

    John received an A.B. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, John currently serves on the non-profit board Sustainable Northwest and the Advisory Board for Lewis and Clark’s Sustainability Council. His previous board roles included The Nature Conservancy, The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Classic Wines Auction, and the Oregon State Board of Higher Education. John is married with four children and lives in Portland, Oregon. He and his wife Fran also have a cattle ranch in Klamath County, Oregon.

Prior to Fenway, she was at The Beacon Group, an investment bank and private equity firm that was subsequently acquired by JPMorgan Chase.

    Bradaigh received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
